- Before you arrive you complete the Comfort Map: your intention, preferred pressure, areas of focus, areas to avoid and how much conversation you want.
- Arrive and settle. A short check-in to confirm your preferences and boundaries in person.
- Ground. Slow breath, warmth and steady touch start the transition.
- Flow. Long, rhythmic strokes and sensory elements become more immersive.
- Integrate and return. The pace slows so your body can settle, with time to come back into your day without rushing.

Payment is by bank transfer or in cash on the day. Every session is also available as a gift voucher.
